Hi Jose, How r you! I was reading your post and i am completely agree with your statement. Yes it's absolutely right that activities like jogging, exercising, indulging in various sports definitely helps in reducing your daily stress after work. It's my personal opinion also that everyone must takeout sometime for these activities to make their life easier and healthier.
